Mattress Warehouse - Stow, OH

The project was a fast track design-build 4,200 square foot complete turnkey renovation of a previous fast food restaurant facility.  Work included complete exterior renovation, storefront improvements, new showroom, building addition, new restrooms, and turnkey tenant finishes. Also, new electrical and mechanical services were installed. Store located on Kent Road in Stow Ohio.

The project included land acquisition, entitlement work, construction, and property management.
