Mattress Warehouse - Medina, OH

New 4,000 square foot store located on 1/3 acre on busy North Court Street in Medina Ohio.  The site was previously occupied by Pennzoil Oil Change.  Project work included obtaining new easements from ODOT and adjoining property owner, environmental issues and constructing a new ground-up building in 11 weeks.

The project included land acquisition, entitlement work, construction, and property management.
