Sleep Outfitters - Lima, OH

Sleep Outfitters was a fast track design-build 3,500 square foot complete turnkey renovation of a previous bank facility including storefront improvements and turnkey tenant finishes.  The store location is adjacent to the new Sherwin Williams, directly across from a regional mall.

The project included land acquisition, entitlement work, construction, and property management.
