ABC Development recently closed on 62 acres of commercially zoned land located on the corner of Fulton and Everhard Roads  The new project is within proximity to the Belden Village Mall and Pro-Football Hall of Fame. The development consists of 62 acres commercially zoned land, 40 acres for Jackson Township recreational fields and Stark Parks development of both a passive & active park.

 

Commercial development includes 160,000 square feet of Regional Grocery Store & Convenience Gas, Office Building,  Senior Living Campus and multiple outlet opportunities.
