As a past President and Managing Partner of a National Architectural & Engineering Firm, Bob brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial & industrial planning, design, and project management. Having held licenses to practice architecture in 47 states, his expertise lies in all phases of commercial and industrial development; from site feasibility studies, planning, entitlement, design development, construction documents and contract administration. Since its inception in 2012, Bob has acted as Director of Development for ABC Development completing projects for national and regional tenants and managing more than 40 million dollars in construction costs.

ABC Development offers a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and Greg brings over 17 years of experience to the ABC team. Drawing upon his experience in developing individualized real estate strategies Greg has completed over 325 deals and marketed and leased over 2 million square feet of new and existing shopping centers in Northeast Ohio. Other areas of Greg's expertise include the leasing of centers and freestanding retail buildings, sale-leasebacks and land acquisition and disposition. ABC is able to aggressively negotiate and facilitate critical information to our clients, affording clients a unique competitive advantage through the entire development process.

With over a 25-year career as a big-picture national construction specialist, Carmen expertise brings a forward-thinking, eye for detail, dynamic vision to every unique deal ABC executes. Over the years, Carmen has learned through experiences varying from national contracting and architectural offices in Cleveland and Chicago to Construction Management for a
well-know national REIT, how to enhance positive aspects of the development process while avoiding common pitfalls for his clients. With Carmen’s abilities, the entire ABC team is able to go from preliminary planning to ‘shovel ready development at closing’ with a speed to market accuracy few developers posses.
